Our selection criteria

Prisoners considered for Switchback must be:

• committed to making a lasting, positive change in their life
• 18-24 years old
• from East/Central London (such as Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Islington)
• keen to work in catering
• sentenced with 3 months left to serve in custody
