Communications Manager

High quality, effective and positive communications are vital to Switchback’s continued success – and we are looking for the right person to help us continue our journey as we develop as an organisation. With a can-do attitude, oodles of energy and an enthusiasm for supporting young men to live life differently on release from prison, our new Communications Manager will be a key player in our small team of committed and brilliant staff.

This new role is offered on a fixed term, one year contract and a salary of £27k – £30k pro rata per year (dependant on experience).

Switchback Mentor 

This is a full-time role with a starting salary of £24,500 per year and you will need to have two years’ experience of working face to face with people with multiple needs.
