STAR-STUDDED PICNIC

Huge thanks to the Bryan Adams Foundation for arranging an "Evening of Opera and Picnic" earlier this month to raise funds for Switchback and Chelsea Pensioners. We were blown away by the impressive event in the stunning Chelsea Hospital. Delicious Gordon Ramsay food was followed by beautiful music from the Young Royal Opera House Singers and Bryan Adams himself!

CAMPFIRE'S BURNING
Switchback Trainees saw a different side of London this month when they went to cook lunch on a campfire in Epping Forest. Braving thunderstorms and damp sausages, HD and OT did a great job. They built the campfire, prepared vegetable kebabs, corn-on-the-cob and BBQ meat and finished off with roast chocolate bananas. They returned after their day in the urban wilderness soaked through but re-engerised.
