A big WELCOME to Nick - the new Switchback Mentor. He has several years experience helping young people to achieve their goals and is trained in brief, solution-focussed counselling. Switchback trainees were involved in the selection process and are as pleased as we are that he's part of our new team of three!

CAMPFIRE'S BURNING
Switchback Trainees saw a different side of London this month when they went to cook lunch on a campfire in Epping Forest. Braving thunderstorms and damp sausages, HD and OT did a great job. They built the campfire, prepared vegetable kebabs, corn-on-the-cob and BBQ meat and finished off with roast chocolate bananas. They returned after their day in the urban wilderness soaked through but re-engerised.
