Switchback Mentors stand by their trainees, encouraging and challenging them across all areas of their lives. Weve broken these areas down into the Switchback Pathways shown below:

We work with a range of employers (from local cafés to luxury hotels), agencies (including probation and housing) and specialists (such as colleges and drug counsellors). This improves the chances of success for trainees and the organisations involved.

By helping trainees to negotiate systems and access existing opportunities, we provide a conduit from prison to the community that is truly tailored to the individual.
